Help with applying knowledge

I have been doing fairly well retaining the knowledge I am learning in nursing school, however I am not doing as good with applying my knowledge to patients. It doesn't help that we aren't able to go to any clinical sites right now because of covid. I was hoping for some advice on now to apply what I have learned. Thanks for any help!
