I'm new here, but I just finished my first A&P class (do you mean A&P I class?), and I really liked the Barron's EZ Anatomy and Physiology book. It's more of a basic/highlights book, but it is a great place to start and for me, once I could absorb the big idea, the finer points were easier to remember.
It's on Amazon, here: E-Z Anatomy and Physiology (Barron's E-Z Series): I. Edward Alcamo Ph.D., Barbara Krumhardt Ph.D.: 9780764144684: Amazon.com: Books
I took my A&P 1 online and regretting the choice. I received an "A" in the course but I only have a rough understanding of the subject. I understand this is the base of nursing and I need to understand it thoroughly. I have a 5 week break and would like to study the subject as much as possible during this time. Does anybody have an books they recommend for the subject that is totally dry and tips on what to focus on?
Private message me with your email address and I'll send you something I think might help greatly. If you'd prefer I give you my email address instead, that's fine.

I loved E-Z Anatomy and Physiology by Barrons. Im reading it again during my winter break as well. Get that book and then go over your lab notes with A&P model pics found on Google. You can do this.
