I'm in need for some advice . I finished nursing school for LPN back in February . Took my Nclex and I'm very sad to say that I did not pass I'm very disappointed but I'm not going to let this stop me! I'm going to keep on trying. However I am struggling financially already . With rent ,bills, and student loans. Currently I am working with my brother in law doing janitorial work (not what I want to be doing at all ) . I live in SD and i was thinking about applying to sea world or maybe possibly apply to do my CNA? I heard it's a 3 week process to get certified though. It's 2am and I'm here wide awake thinking about what I'm going to do . What my life plan is (I'm 23 years old). I was thinking of doing my RN BSN already ? i wanted to do the bridge program but what if I don't pass the Nclex ? How about I go straight for my RN already ? I'm still going to try to pass my Nclex and if I pass my second time around then great! But if not , at least I started my RN schooling already. Is this a good plan or am I not thinking things through? Any advice helps ! Thank you !!!

There's no need to enroll in a CNA program if you graduated from an LPN program. When I attended an LVN program in the greater Los Angeles area, students were eligible to take the state test for CNA certification after completing nursing fundamentals.
Ah ! Do you happen to know the steps into registering yourself to take the test ? Is it on the state board website as well?? Sorry for the questions I'm just completely lost ! í ½í¸±
