For PV you will have to had completed ITSC and Speech before the Spring Entry. I'm taking the Comuputer course now at HCC and it's not that bad. When you sign up for the Teas on there website you can purchase the manual and i bought my hesi study guide from UTHouston. As far as your GPA i mean it's not a 4.0 but it's good some have worse. With your GPA can apply at all the schools listed but i would retake some classes to be competitive even though most schools go off of first attempts. Good Luck and there are actuall boards for each school listed. Stop being a stranger!:aln:
Thank you Twoy83 for your reply, lol how am I being a stranger? For now i havent taken my HESI or TEAS for UT and TWU since the deadlines is on september 1st wonder if ill meet that deadline .
You miss the deadline for UTMB it was June 15,2011. It was a bit of a joke but just give you self time to study and you will do fine. I thought the Hesi was a lot easier than the Teas. Good luck
lol i was about to say what June?? Thank you one of my friend told me the same too, how long did it take you to study, and since the deadline is in september the 1st and it takes about 6 weeks for the results to be sent to the schools do i still have chances if i do the test in two weeks or so? Idk but in case it doesnt work out for those two i still have PV, univ of the incarnate word , midwestern state univ, ut el paso and tyler in case u know those do you know how they are quoted?
Thanks

Yes June i was so happy that i had caught on to that and was able to apply. I was in the middle of taking course loads every semester and i didnt have time to study. I just study when i could because i also have two daughters that are 3 and 5 so im so busy. But i managed to graduate with the highest honors in a year and a semester at HCC. And the school is sent the scores immediately. Just apply and i think you will do fine but start studying now and focus on the Science part more on the Teas. The Hesi science part is not hard but put more of your focus there. Are you applying to Lamar? I was accepted for the Fall but i need more time and decided i will not be entering the Nursing program until Spring. I now have a 3.6 and thought i should retake a class but my Science is a 4.0 with all A's in the first attempt i just slipped in History which i hate. But keep me posted i need support and i love giving support.
I wanted to apply to Lamar but i can't take Pathophisiology, and Nursing concepts now because i have at least 4 more requirement to take
Thank you for your support , yay me too i love to support.
What classes do you have left ?
bacisally for PV i have speech and computer, and midwestern requires economics, speech , computer, and spanish , ut, el paso and ut tyler require litterature, univ 1301, so basically am planning on taking spanich, speech , computer, economics, and maybe literature.
well you still have fall to take those classes and they dont need to be completed by the deadline, but before the start of the program. Good Luck
yes thats right, thank u :yeah:
