I just started the course at HF in Nov. I am taking the first test in Med-Srg class next week.

Would anyone tell me what to expect from exams and clinicals in detail?

Hi there,

I only took an essay exam because I was articulated.

You need to write a persuasive essay. They will give you some kind of current issues.

You tell your opinion and give them reasons why you are right.

I also took chemistry challenge test. This is optional test.

It cost $100 ($200 now I heard). There are two sections.

Math section, there are only dosage calculations. Chem section, I had to study according to their testbook for chemistry which is related to healthcare.

Congratulation! How I envy you...

I am a daytime student. There was only one clinical so far because of the holiday.

I guess each clinical teacher has their own thing but I don't know exactly what I supposed to do there. What is most important thing to learn there.

My clinical experience in LPN school was basically observing things around hospital and there was no action...
