Hi, just wondering if any recent, current, or future students know about their CLEP policy. Can you just CLEP the eligible classes or do you really need to have to taken the classes before? Because in my honest opinion, I think that defeats the purpose of CLEP.
Thank you.

Has to be before. What is the purpose of Cleo to you?

I just emailed Ms. Senior about this today for my cousin and I'm waiting for a response. Before HF didn't take these classes if they were more than 10 years old so you would have to CLEP it (meaning you had it before OR anyone was able to take the CLEP exam regardless if you had it or not. Now it seems that's not the case which is just ridiculous.
Thank you so much, please keep me in the loop! I was wondering if it was one of those policies they didn't really enforce. It makes me upset because CLEP says it doesn't matter where or how you learn the material. If this was the case I would've started taking my prereqs right after I graduated VEEB. Add that to the stress of job hunting, trying to make sure I can do winter classes, and those classes are five days a week! I dont even know what schedule I should work anymore or how many employers are willing to work around it.
Also, THANK YOU SO MUCH for being an active member on this website. You've literally been helping out VEEB students for years now, I know because I've literally went through every single post from way back when. Thank you for the continued insight. I aspire to be like you and wish you the best!
Thanks so much for your kind words. My mom is a nurse and my dad is a professor and I just have a passion for academic advisement and enrichment. However I fell into Home Care and love my elderly patients so I don't know if I'll ever fall into it! Lol. With that being said I'll always be available to give information and as soon as I get an update on this issue I'll update you.
