heart murmer from fever?

My 3yo daughter just was dx with strep 2 days ago. She had a 105 fever at one point. The ped and his intern both detected a heart murmer in her, but she's never had one before. He said it happens with fevers and infections but should go away when she gets better. Can someone tell me more about this? What is this kind of murmer called, and do you have any personal experience with it? I want to do more reading on it. I'm a curious pre-nursing student. :) Thanks!
