Healthsouth enhancements for weekend and nights

Does anyone know what the rate is here for nights and weekends , was told i would get it but not told the amount or percentage extra,

There are 100+ HealthSouth hospitals across the US. Each facility has its own unique wage grid and shift differential rates. Therefore, without a location, your question cannot be accurately answered.

The HealthSouth hospital in Tustin, California is going to utilize a very different wage grid and pay out very different shift differential rates than the sister facilities in New Orleans or Florida.

Thank you for your response, its ok i found the answer as I emailed. Thats interesting that every healthsouth is different in regards to salary, is that the same as with benefits too?

Yes. Due to regional differences in the cost of living, each HealthSouth hospital operates using its own wage grid and benefits package.

For instance, $23/hr with a $2.50 shift differential would be an acceptable pay rate at a Georgia facility due to the reduced cost of living in the Deep South, but the HealthSouth in New Jersey would never be able to get away with offering that wage or differential.
