For instance, $23/hr with a $2.50 shift differential would be an acceptable pay rate at a Georgia facility due to the reduced cost of living in the Deep South, but the HealthSouth in New Jersey would never be able to get away with offering that wage or differential.

Does anyone know what the rate is here for nights and weekends , was told i would get it but not told the amount or percentage extra,
