I am not prone to stress - -but reliable sources have indicated that I am a carrier.

I try to prioritize my work and if the day is stressful, it doesn't matter because I know it will be over.
I try to leave work at work, get plenty of sleep, and rarely do I answer my phone. Whoever it is can leave a message or text me.
