Health South San Antonio, TX

Hi guys!

I graduate from nursing school in December and I will be moving down to San Antonio right after that. I currently live in in West Virginia, so I do not know much about the nursing in the area. I got a job offer from health south. She said she didn't want me to accept it until I shadowed someone and saw what it was like. I just want opinions from people.

Has anyone worked Health South in SA? Do you like it? How's the staff? How's the pay for a new grad RN compared to other hospitals? And is it too nursing home-y.. if that makes sense.
