What do you all do for health insurance? The agency I work for doesn't offer a comprehensive health insurance but "Accident Injury and Illness" only. What do you do when you have kids that need coverage?

If your agency doesn't have coverage then you are on your own for insurance. I work for 2 agencies and didn't want to be tied down to either one working 32 hr/wk for their insurance. I took cobra from my previous fulltime job. It's really expensive but well worth the freedom, to me.

Some hospitals, the Advocate Healthcare System for example, offer health insurance for as little as 0.5 FTE
You might look for something like that, then use agency to fill in the rest of your schudule as you like.
