Health History for health assesment

Hello, Can someone please help with my health history? My professor has been giving me my health history back to redo because she says I have the history of present illness all wrong. My topic is migraine and I included things about eyes, ears, and neuro in the hpi and she said it was wrong and that eyes and ears are not related to headache. I thought some of the symptoms of migraine were eye and ear related?.. I have to hand this in by tomorrow it's my last shot to get it right, someone told me the main review of systems related to migraine is neuro and musculoskeletal.. is this right? and am I missing anything?

Describe the pain to me? Where is the pain. How long have you been having them? Does anything help? Any previous head trauma? etc etc etc....What are some trigges you have identified......
