HCC 2014 LVN Admissions

Published

Has anyone applied for the LVN 2014 admissions? I have but haven't recieved anything yet! Does anyone know how long is this waiting process?!

August 11 to turn everything in or for the titers? I'm so excited y'all!

Since I had already received my Hep B, C, and A&B combo + the varicella... when I was younger, and they said the results for those would take longer (week - week 1/2)

She made it sound like all paperwork is now due August 11th...

Does anyone know how much we should be expecting to pay for enrollment?

Yes all documentation has been extended to the 11th.

I got my titers back in 2 days from Kelsey, I guess it just depend on the clinic.

A previous student stated to bring about 350.00, she also stated they have additional stuff to order from if you would like to.

The letter also included the website to do finger prints and back ground

What is the website for the background check?

There is no background check testing available until Tues.. I hope there are back in enough time

Hello to the future nurses! I am just now taking my teas test in August. Was it very hard how many chances do you get wwithoout paying again? I think I may need another chance.

How strict is the background check?

Sorry I was referring to cost of enrolling for our classes. I am trying to be as prepared as I can since my financial aide hasn't come in.

I took my teas twice, but because I was originally going for the adn program.

For enrollment i guess it depends if your in district or out. If you go to the hcc lvn website it will give you the amount per semester. And your able to do installments.

As far as the Teas test, I took the HESI and it was really easy. I bought the study guide and that helped me pass the first time with a 92% in all sections

Background check isn't that bad, they take your fingerprints and it takes about a month or two to get your blue card, as kong as you haven't done any major crimes, it should be ok.

Financial aid takes about 6 weeks after the start of the semester to come in. It costs about $2000-$2100 for out of district, less for in district, but I don't know how much.

Does anybody know how long the scrub fitting will be? I know we have to be there at 9am

is that 2000 for the whole program or per semester?
