Has anyone gotten any updates since this job application opened Jan 2024? I haven't gotten any other than my app saying "under consideration" when checking my HCA portal. Any previous cohorts know what the timeline will likely be like if the cohort begins April 2024?

I worked for a small community HCA hospital and it was horrible. 7-8 patients on dayshift, no tech, no lab, no support. At one point we didn't even have a manger or a DON. It was the worst job I've ever had, I cried everyday. I know you don't want to hear negativity, but you also want to keep the license that you just worked your tail off to get. It's not worth it.
