Having trouble interpreting this ECG

At first I though it supraventricular tachycardia, but I'm having doubts since this doesn't have a regular pattern, which supraventricular tachycardia does.

I mean it's definitely some sort of tachycardia, I count the HR at 140

uncontrolled afib - if you are going that route, it also can be and what I first thought is Junctional tachy (junctional rates are regular as this one I think have 2 escape beats), no decernable P waves - with 2 JEB's - I'm getting a rate of 120 - just my thoughts
