Have to take Kaplan Enterance Exam soon!!!

Published

And I'm SO nervous!!! I got a study guide, though not the one they suggest b/c I can't find it, but I have the McGraw guide and it's very similar from what i'm told. I started looking over stuff and OMG! I've taken ALL my pre-req's and holy crap! There is a LOT that could be on that test!!! When they say "science" is on it, does this mean A&P or ANY science?? I'm freaking out! I have a month or so to prepare, and I've started reviewing the math since that's my worst subject but i'm simply overwhelmed with the amount of stuff they could ask me. Anyone else take this test? I'm told it's only about 2 years old but my school decided to do away with the hesi and use the Kaplan instead, and they JUST told us last month. Terrific! Any advice???? TIA!

Hi! I just took the Kaplan yesterday! The science section is 20 questions, all A&P. To give you a good idea of the types of questions you'll see, I did come across this website, which gives a pretty darn fair representation of the questions on the real test. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions!

Is this for Kaplan's ADN program. Or do other schools use the Kaplan test as well?

I'm not sure about Kaplan's program.. this test was for a program here in Wyoming at the local college. They just switched to the Kaplan test for this round of applicants as it is a new test and harder, so I guess better at weeding people out?
