I don't mean throwing up, but literally freezing. Even worst fainting.
How does a nurse cope, how to handle a nurse who goes into shock and take care of the pt.

Yes, on very rare occasions, I have witnessed staff members become incapacitated. We moved them to a safe place and went about business.
No big deal.

Well if you are in an acute care hospital they should be sent to the ER.

I believe you are referring to a nurse that freezes instead of responding to an emergency.
As a CNA you would expect more than one nurse to be available, get that nurse to deal with the patient, the frozen one will unthaw pretty fast.
