I lost my official nursing license during our move somehow, and am currently seeking new employment so I need to order another one. I only have the paper temporary one (Will that work? It has my license number on it...)
First of all I cannot find out how to do it after much search of my state's nursing board site, I can only find how to renew it, which I can't do yet.
Second of all, how much does it typically cost to order a new one?
Thanks!

all these answers will have to come from the board. If you cannot reach them by phone, then their website should have a "contact us" or "webmaster" link. Evidently it does not happen often enough to justify having the info online. Good luck!

We (TX) don't have paper licenses any longer. Verification is done online.

Yes, just downloaded the form to send in for my license since I just renewed it and the paper it was printed on was defective. At least I don't have to pay them more $$ for a new one since this one was defective. At least I have another month before it is to be in my wallet.
