Meaning you accepted a job at hospital A bad then one week later accepted a job at hospital B? You didn’t sign any paperwork but did get physicals at both places?
What happened afterwards?

After deciding which position you want, you call the nurse recruiter for the other position.  Thank them for their gracious offer, and inform them that after careful consideration you've decided the position is not a good fit.
