Has anyone had the PVT change on them?

I took my NCLEX-PN this morning and got home about 3 hours later. I was so upset I feel like I failed epically. I got 127 questions and am just a nervous wreck. I did the PVT and I got the good pop up "that I can't register because I recently took a test, contact a member of the board of nursing...ect" I did It twice and got the same result. It also says that it was delivered successfully. I'm just worried if anyone has ever had it change on them? Thanks for your advice!

I am not sure if the person had the status "Delivered Successfully"
