Hello all!
I'm currently a practicing RN in grad school, looking to make a little extra spending money without picking up 8 or 12 hour shifts.
I'm interested to see if any of you have ever offered to tutor nursing students. If you have, was it a positive or negative experience? Have you ever sought assistance from a tutor?
Thanks!

When I was in grad school, my school asked me to do a little tutoring of another grad students (a couple of years behind me in the curriculum). It was a horrible experience. The student was struggling for a reason: she was lazy and didn't invest much effort into her studies. She didn't want me to help her learn anything: she wanted me to do her homework for her.
I got out of that situation as fast as I could.
