Just wondering if anyone has had the nclex scores go up and down when studying? I have this and am not sure how to study? I had been doing Kaplan and my scores started out at 64/68. Now after 3 months of training my last score on Kaplan was 45.Incredible. My trainers are from above the line 65, 70, etc. But sometimes my quizzes just drop 45 this last time.
Can't tell if I even know content or what? Test scores 1,2,3 were around 70, test 5 68.
I go back and review and think I have it all together and the scores just bottom out again.
So I went back to reviewing feuer cds. What I used originally on exit exam. It seems like the content each area varies depending on what tool I am using, Kaplan, Hurst, Feuer.

I honestly didn't have that problem, but then again I studied for NCLEX about 2.5 weeks then took it. However, maybe I can suggest to not use but only one resource for content if you can. At first I started out using Kaplan AND Hurst, but then somethings started to conflict and I just stuck with Kaplan. I took the NCLEX last Monday and passed in less than 100 questions. Also maybe an issue is that you started studying as soon as you graduated and things were fresh on your mind from nursing school and maybe since it's been 3 months some things have started to slip away? Maybe just refresh.

Are you referring to the trainers? My qtrainer scores declined from start to trainer 5. I stopped reviewed the rationale in all of them, did a lot of the bank questions and made notes. I then went back to the trainers and my scores were above what they were when I started Kaplan. I noticed too that content varies from source to source. I used Saunders as well to brush up on content and practice select all that apply questions.
