i took nclex-rn exam last sept. and i failed, i am now subscribing ncsbn, they said this could be very helpful...i am hoping.. , my exam will be on nxt month, has anyone tried this course online.what did you do to pass?..
Hi! Good question. I just took the NCLEX and passed last week. I DID use the NCSBN site and their questions. However, I found the KAPLAN review course to be a better overall review. In addition, I bought the Saunders Comprehensive Review and loved it. I also used the HESI NCLEX prep book, too....that was a must have!
I am not sure that I think the NCSBN thing is worth it. HOWEVER, if IS worth it if you commit to doing all of the questions and review sections. I simply ran out of time.
I passed in 75 questions by religiously using Kaplan and Saunders.
Best of luck and I will be keeping my fingers crossed!
I also took NCSBN and Kaplan twice and didnt worked well for me. I think Saunders tops it all! From my experience, it is not in the study materials:crash_com, its how you give your best by understanding each question and taking time answering it. Don't worry too much of the time and just focus on every questions. :thnkg:

I did the 5wk course as well with the NCBON. I didn't pass! I liked the course but I really didn't feel like the questions were much like NCLEX. The rationales aren't that great either. :no:It doesn't tell you your answer is wrong and it doesn't state the right answer in the rationale either (ex: correct answer is 4 - then rationale). It only gives you a rationale for the right answer which can leave you guessing which answer is exactly right. I am debating suzanne's plan too or Kaplan now. I still have a long way to go on the first tip though.
