Has anyone ever requested a new Advisor from Excelsior College?

I am very disappointed with the one assigned to me and I wish to breakup....no screaming rants, no property to fight over. Seriously though.....I have lost confidence in mine due to misinformation and the attempted C.Y.A. afterwards. I wondered if anyone has requested someone new to help with Advisement issues and was it granted?

Are you enrolled? If so, you can find out so much information on the EPN. Also, once you log in to your EC account, use the message center and select a recipient using the drop down menu and send an email to voice your concerns. They usually respond within one business day. If you're will to divulge specifics, you might a tally find what you're Oohing for, or close to it, right here. It's rare that someone has a first-time-ever situation pop up. Somewhere, somebody's gone through whatever issue you are experiencing. Once I got accepted and enrolled, I don't recall even saying hello to the advisor. Just went straight to testing until I was done. I wish you a quick resolution to your issue. Good luck!

I don't think I ever talked to an advisor when I went. what are you wanting them to help you with that you feel you are not supported by. It should be fairly simple to just call and ask to change.

I wish I could edit my first reply to you due to this darned iPad auto-insert. What I was trying to say in that one sentence that made no sense whatsoever, was that you might ACTUALLY find what you're LOOKING for on this site or the EPN if you can be a little more specific.
