They sent me an email saying that they can secure for me a RN1 position at an aged care facility but only after I pay them $4500. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with them before. Are they legit organization? I don't mind the $4500 if they can really provide me a new grad position but it sounds a bit sketchy.

Sounds very sketchy, I wouldn't do it if I was you. Contact country hospitals about positions if you've missed out on a grad in a city.
Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll pass on it :)

Hi!
I'm Thi, I just have joined them recently and undergo their educational training. It's not just finding you a job, they actually do the whole new-grad program with you, provide essential education that a new-grad need to know, they will also train and give you accreditation for catherisarion, trachy, complex wound dressing ect.
After the educational training week (1week, you will have another week somewhere in the middle of the program, thats what i was told), they will try to be in contact with nursing home or medical centre to see if there's position available and they will send you for an interview (they know how to make you the winner of the interview).
I went to an interview just before Easter, and the place where i have my interview just informed me that i got the positionnnn (so over the moon).
Basically, i got a permanent fulltime position which was introduced by Clinical Skill Academy! The only thing is they are more in contact with nursing home and medical centre, not yet private hospital!
