Hi! I am hoping to get my application in for classs 124. If I don't get it together in time for 124, I will be applying to 125. Anyone else??
Right. That was odd. That they call it a "formal paper" but then ask questions that lend themselves to bullet point answers.
I know what you're talking about.
Personally, I prefer writing in a more conversant style - and I wrote my portfolio answers that way. I did not bullet point my examples. I figure whoever reads them should be able to count the number of examples if my writing is even marginally coherent.
Yes, there was disconnect between "formal paper" and the endless list of examples that they wanted.
Ultimately, I wanted to give sincere answers that gave an accurate impression of who I am. Though some (My favorite nursing theorist? Riiiiiight) were a little harder to answer off the cuff.
Hello future classmates...(hopefully lol)
I have also applied for class 124 they replied to my fb inquiry stating that we should know very soon with a smiley!:)
Anyways, I have been working in high risk labor and delivery in St Louis for the last year and before that had some experience with running labor and delivery post postpartum hemorrhage simulations for students going through their BSN program. I hope we hear very soon if we are accepted or not.

Did you have a "go by" or some sample (insight) on how to answer the question?
