Harriet lane handbook question

Does anyone know the norms for a rectal temp for a six month old?

Also respirations and apical heart rate norms.

I know it is in the Harriet Lane Handbook but I do not have one and I am writing a paper on Growth and Development. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!
