In 24 hours I will be a senior nursing student! I have my last HESI exam for the semester tomorrow and I know I'm going to do well. I am really excited about the upcoming freedom of summer. I will have two classes in July but I am really looking forward to some down and free time with the family. Knowing this is my very last year of school is a huge relief and gives me a great sense of pride!
I am 39 and never finished school when I should have and have regretted it for nearly 20 years. It is a struggle nearly every day for me as a single mom & I know I am making huge sacrifices but I know I am doing the right thing. At least I'll have a better job for my kid's therapist's bills later on.
For those of you that are moms and going to school, have an extra happy mother's day and good luck!

Congratulations, I know what you're feeling! As of this Thursday, I will too be a senior in my school's BSN program. It's been a long road and now I'm finally seeing that light at the end of the tunnel :)
