I have written about my three students who failed last semester. They were crushed and their failure created real financial hardship for them. But they didn't just fail... they bombed!

So helping them this semester has been a high stakes game.

And they did GREAT on the first exam. They put the work in and it paid off for them. I am so pumped. Keeping my fingers crossed as the semester goes along.

so all they needed was motivation, huh? I hope they matured a little in the process. Seems like the younger students think NS is like high school - just have to show up regularly. Congrats for you and for them
