HI there -
I wondered if someone could share thoughts on Hackensack University Medical Center and St. Barnabas in Livingston.
Good places to work (in general), good place to work for new grad? Nurse/Patient ratios, salary, benefits, management, etc?
I am looking into both these facilities as a new grad/nights/med-surg.
MANY MANY THANKS!

Yea, I'm also wondering the same things about Hackensack...I'm about to start an AAS Nursing program in the Fall, but that is one of the hospitals I would love to work at, maybe Valley as well. Also, is it true that they only hire BSN nurses??
Hi there -
I have a non-nursing BS degree and will be getting my Associate's in Nursing. I posed your question to a recruiter at HUMC and she told me they do hire Associate Degree Nurses.
