Pay attention, do the homework, and do what they tell you....no sweat!
Thanks for the advice. When did you do this program and what did you think about it :)

Heard this is an excellent program.
Super NCLEX pass stats for the last three years.
Good luck!
I went to a 3 yr program 30 yrs ago. My daughter graduated from HACC this May, and is now working in PEDS

Congratulations on your acceptance. HACC is an excellent program. They are very tough and demanding. If you make it through, you should be a good nurse.
Unfortunately, the "two year" Associate's Degree takes no less than three years to complete. If money and time are not a factor, I always recomend considering a BSN program and getting done in four. After all, you would probably have to add two more years if you choose to pursue the BSN.
Then again, reality is what we have to face. HACC graduates take a back seat to no one. I don't have exact statistics but I believe most of the RNs in the Harrisburg area ARE HACC grads.
Go for it!

HACC RN program is a very difficult program and I would not recommend it because it's not fair as well. I have seen a lot of good friends get kicked out for stupid things. Ask around Harrisburg and you will get the picture.
