H4 visa to H1 as RN in US?

Hi I"ll be leaving for US this april on H4 visa (husband's dependent). Is it possible to get an employer to change my status from H4 to H1? Im already liscened as an RN in Vermont. Can I just file for reciprocity to Florida, where we'll be staying? thanks

hi,am also on H4 VISA and planning to write NCLEXRN soon.please share your experiences if anybody got sponsorship from US hospitals..

Hi Ritti and Neepi which states are you in? It wil be very difficult to find a H1B sponsor in the current situation. Only remaining option is h4 to f1 and then applying for h1b after working in OPT.

Hi.. What are your thoughts on doing family nurse practitioner program after switching from h4 to f1. wil that help to find a h1b sponsor?
