Gwynedd Mercy University ABSN Fall 2019

Hi everyone, I will be starting Gwynedd's ABSN program for Fall 2019, but I have a couple of questions about the program. Can anyone in the program tell me a little bit about it and how organized the program is? I have been hearing some talk about the program being disorganized and I want to make sure that this school is the right fit for me.

Be prepared for the disorganization. You can learn a lot but just be ready.

Hi everyone, I will be starting the program Fall 2019 as well. I have a few questions, do ABSN students usually live on or off campus? I am not familiar with area so I'm not sure what I should do for housing. Thank you, btw I was accepted to Bensalem location.

Hi Ash 121! I will actually be starting May 2019 instead of Fall 2019. At Gwynedd, ABSN students are commuters as they attend lecture at Gwynedd's satellite campuses (Center City Philly or Bensalem). Therefore, students live off campus. In regards to housing, many students usually try to find an apartment close to their designated campus.

I was wondering the same thing! I think living off campus is cheaper, but I’m scared. I also think they have special dorm halls for ABSN students!!

Yeah same! I feel like there’s no information really so it’s hard to figure things out.
