It has been like that since before I submitted my application. ...on another note, how do I reply to a specific post?!

On the post you want to respond to, there should be a “quote” on the bottom left. You just click on that.

yes they emailed me and said that they're processing applications differently this year.

Hey everyone, 

I have a small update...the decisions should be going out some time next week and they will be accepting up to 70 people. I didn't get a response on how many applicants there are this year.....
