I recently took the Kaplan and did really good in math and science but not so well in the reading and writing.Does anyone have any advice ?I got a 70 and plan on taking it in February again! I also have a 3.7 GPA.

I found some links on quizlet for the reading and writing, that helps. Also Carolyn McCallister on Youtube, she has videos for the reading and writing.

For writing look up free act practice questions on Google! And for reading I recommend getting a Kaplan study guide or even an ACT practice book. The test questions in the act practice booklet is harder than those on the test. So if you can do those you will do great on the reading and writing portion! Good luck!

Taking the Kaplan on Friday the 29th. I'm super nervous because I don't know what to expect on the science portion. I've been on Quizlet, but the physiology is very broad for only a few questions. I've also been exploring the forums here and the ones on Reddit trying to gain insight into the testing experience. I'm seeing a lot of people say that the respiratory and cardiovascular systems are the ones that I would want to study thoroughly, can anyone confirm this?

@alyssa837 good luck on the Kaplan this morning! You got this!  Cheering and praying for you ??

GOOD LUCK ALYSSA! @alyssa837 Praying for an awesome score for you! You got this!

I passed! 77 Overall with a 3.3 GPA. I actually wanted a higher score on the Kaplan but I'm still very happy and have my fingers crossed. My highest score was in physiology and my lowest score was in writing.

Alyssa was this your first attempt? You know you can take it twice and it’s the same test the second time right? I attempted to get in the fall 2020 with a 76% on the Kaplan and 3.5 GPA and I did not get in. I’ve been stalking these kinds of posts for several years now and most of the applicants have a 3.6+ GPA and get in with at least an 82+ Kaplan. I don’t want to discourage you but If you can increase your chances of getting in then try.
