Is anyone else applying for the Gurnick programs? I have a question about the essay. It has to contain, the purpose for enrolling, roles and responsibilities of a nurse, integrity, and accountability of nurses, and preparation for the program.
My English teacher seriously ingrained into my head that we are not to use I, You, Me, My, or anything personal when writing essays... so I guess my question is how do you do this but still be able to clarify your purpose and preparation for the program?
Maybe I'm overthinking this?

They won’t accept the credits. I asked Vang, she said she knows a school in Texas that takes the degree. The MSN program isn’t an NP granting degree. Also I think the reason they offer this now is because of the reason stated above. Will be interesting to find out.
Oh interesting! Yeah I talked to Vang as well and she didn’t give super clear answers but I do know that others still eventually got their MSN before Gurnick even started theirs. I’m going to have to call some schools to ask! It’s so confusing IDK why there wouldn’t when the BRN is on their accreditation list. Wish it wasn’t this complex haha. Please update us on anything you hear of!
