GSU Fall 2012

Not sure if there's one of these started already, but it's still pretty far off, so I thought I'd make one. Have any of you guys taken the TEAS yet? If not, where are you taking it? I didn't see any dates listed for GSU.

Thanks Ayana! I had a good TEAS score but my GPA is average, so I highly doubt I'd be in the top 10% group. Congratulations to your classmate, though! I hope to join her in the fall.

My TEAS and gpa is definitely average so I figure if I'm lucky I will be last set of letters. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us. Thanks for the update.

I wish they would do it all at once! or at least have it up on GSU site.

I'm super nervous! I also think IF i even get in I'll probably be the last set of letters. I've already met like ten people in my classes applying for Fall who have better stats than me.

It's the end of the week, so I wonder if folks will be receiving letters today. Hmmm....

By the way, has anyone applied for any scholarships yet? I keep meaning to do that (both GSU & others), but don't you have to be in a BSN program first? I'd love to get some type of award to offset the student loans!

my mailman hasn't arrived yet.

Troop, I've applied to some GSU scholarships but a lot of their deadlines have passed already. There are nursing scholarships but they require you to actually be in a BSN program already.

Thanks GSUhopeful. I pretty much figured the scholarships were only for those in the BSN program, so I'll keep looking.
