GRU CNL 2014 entering class

Is anyone applying early decision for the 2014 entering class? Does anyone know how long it takes to get a decision/interview email? Does anyone know the statistics for acceptances from last year?

Hi I'm a current CNL student. I applied for early admission last year and I heard back in November. My interview was the beginning of December and I received my acceptance letter right before Christmas.

Thank you, I sent all my stuff in early so my application is ready for review...now just the waiting game which is the hardest part. I'm excited about hopefully getting started in the program (my GPA and GRE scores were higher than the required; 3.2 and 315). Are you at the Athens or Augusta campus? How much of the program is online?

I'm at the Augusta campus.

This semester we have 4 classes and 2 are online.

Has anyone heard when the interview invitations come out for early decision applicants?

Hey JShump,

I spoke to someone this morning in the nursing office at GRU and she said that they are in the process of reviewing applications now and hopefully we should hear something soon. I know they were having some technical difficulties in the admissions office last week. Apparently, they were having to enter materials in manually, which resulted in taking extra time to get all the applications ready to review.

I think that the group last year heard back relatively quickly (~1-2 weeks) so hopefully not too much longer :)

I applied to Athens but honestly I'd be fine with either campus. Which campus did you apply to?

The same but I would be happy with just an acceptance. Have you heard how many are accepted vs how many apply?

I applied for Early Decision for the Augusta campus. I was accepted for Fall 2013, but I had to decline acceptance due to my husband's health at the time and the uncertainty of where we would be living. The waiting game is driving me crazy! Hopefully interviews will be given out soon. According to last year's thread, interviews were already given out by this time. So I hope it will be soon!
