GRU BSN Fall 2015

Published

Hey y'all! Just turned in my application for GRU's Fall 2015 - all of my stuff has been turned in and confirmed, just waiting for them to change the status! Anyone else out there who has applied?I had a TEAS of an 86% and a GPA of 3.65. This will be my second bachelor's degree. I have some experience - volunteering for the last four years at various places (only six months at a hospital) and obtained my CNA this last summer. I am nervous!!

I notice that last year it was a rolling admission it seemed like and since my status still says incomplete for some reason (admissions says that the system takes a bit to update and that they do have everything), I'm still a bit worried!

I got my course evaluation and someone messed up on it, so I'm out of sorts! Not sure if it was a typo or what, but I'm waiting to hear back from them -- it was nearly a whole point off on my transfer GPA! Eeek.

Talk about nervewracking!! Hopefully they change the mistake before my application gets tossed out!

Just today my status changed from "ready for review" to "decision made - notification will be sent by mail."

*fingers crossed*

I'll either be going out for a celebration dinner or a consolation dinner!

Best of luck!!!

Hi Everyone! I applied at the end of November and I JUST RECEIVED MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!! I'm super excited. I've been accepted to the main campus. Anyone else get their letter in the mail today?

There were some mistakes made on my course evaluation as well, but they fixed it after I spoke to them about it. My GPA went down as well!

What campus did you apply to?

They were telling me that it is the GPA of just the prereqs and that's why it went down. Is that what they told you?

Mine changed to Ready to Review this afternoon!

And also, CONGRATS! What were your stats, if you don't mind me asking? I am so anxious, I can't imagine this dragging out for months.

I applied to the Augusta campus and thanks! :-)

Math and science GPA 3.7, Teas 92. I was a dental hygienist and want to change careers, so I have patient care experience as well.
