Grossmont is a wonderful hospital. The ratio is 3-4. You will find a very supportive team there. They are magnet and it does show. You will feel supported by coworkers and charge and find there is always someone to help. Just walk through the halls on any day and count the smiles and "hellos". You are fortunate to have gotten hired at such a wonderful hospital.

:lol2:Hello All Fellow San Diego Nurses
Does anyone out there work at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in San Diego, as either a New Grad or Staff Member? I was just chosen for TheNew Grad Program & am curious regarding Nurse/Pt Ratio, & New Grad/Pt Ratio, as well as working conditions at Grossmont Hospital. I Hope to hear from someone soon. All Honest Input & Replies Are Welcome. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
