Greenville Tech Nursing Program Fall 2018

Hey there, I applied in March for a seat in the Fall! Anyone else out there applying during the March-May seating? Now that we are heading into mid-May I am getting nervous. Obviously about getting in, but secondly, I feel like I know nothing, like what books, and materials we would need to start. I am they type of person that has to prepare lol, so I feel lost that I can't (or don't know how) in the event I do get a seat!!

Exactly. One advisor told my friend she got ino the program a couple weeks ago lol but my advisor knew "nothing".. I cant deal!

I really hope that those scores are not really the scores for acceptance. I mean I am not far off but still! My friend has a cousin that is an instructor for the nursing program and she said the letters went out today, but that she couldn't tell her what the scores were or any other information other than the letters went out. I know all this information is confusing, I hope that helped even though it was very vague lol. Hopefully we will start receiving letters tomorrow or Friday. This wait is killing me!! I don't know if I can deal with another 8 weeks of waiting if I don't make this round.

I didn't know the range of scores could be given out before the letters arrived. Is this true?

Cmar106: I don't know but I am hoping that those were all wrong and that the ranges can't be given out before letters. But if that is the case, why would they tell us the ranges at all?

You can apply at tricounty in September and start January! Just staying for back up plan lol its mine!

That's a great plan! Someone was telling me that its like an extra $900 a semester for "out of county tuition" and the drive is over an hour from where I live in Taylors. And I think they require you to have Chemistry.

Not chemistry but they do require bio 101. I live in anderson so I'm half way between both schools so I'm not sure on price!

It looks like on past posts some people were given point ranges before letters arrived. We will see though.

Yes! I was told as well! Also point range is 122-210.
