Grayson College ADN Fall 2017

I was wondering if anyone was applying for Grayson Fall 2017 ADN program? I know we still have time, but wanted to see if anyone on here was applying! Taking my Hesi Saturday!

I'm late to the party, but wanted to say hi! I talked to the director today, and she said our classes would definitely be on Wednesday and Thursday, and we'd know more at orientation. I tried to pull more details out lol Can't wait to meet everyone! I know we've all worked a hard for this.

See everyone in a couple weeks! Really hoping a spot opens up for me! I can't get an answer from them about where I stand, since the deadline was a couple weeks ago. Just was told to still come to orientation and I'll find out then.

Which classes are you referencing for those days? Our in class days or clinical?

I'm not sure. She just said to expect to be there Wednesdays and Thursdays for sure

I signed up for my classes already since I didn't want to wait after orientation. My classes are also on Wednesday and Thursdays. My Wednesday class is from 10:00am-12:00pm and my Thursday classes are from 10:00am-12:00pm and 1pm-3:50pm. Not sure when Clinicals are but I would expect to probably know once we are in the program for a while.

Hey everyone! I guess I'm pretty late to this but reading through your comments I see no one else got any answers from the school. I've asked about everything from books to scrubs to the shoes we will need for clinical and only got a response on the shoes we can have for clinical. I also already signed up for the classes and am signed up for the pharmacology class on August 2nd. I met a few people at the CPR class I took earlier this month and can't wait to meet everyone else! We should make a Facebook group to be able to get information easily and communicate with each other throughout the semester! Let me know what y'all think! Can't wait to start!

Congratulations y'all . If you're on the waiting list chances are you'll get in on orientation day. Class starts out about 50 people. You'll get lots of information on orientation day, scrubs, schedule, lab kits, clinicals.

Just trying to get an idea just in case I get in. Are classes 2 days out of the week?

It varies. At first you'll have 4 days of classes. It's a lot the first few weeks. (6 weeks).Cuts down to 3 days when clinical starts. Two days of lecture and labs and clinical the third day.

You will ,I was on the wait list too. We were about 6 of us they accepted that day. Cos some people drop the admission , and people who don't show up for orientation day are given other people's spot. Good luck .☺
