I will be graduating in December, and I am precepting at the hospital I would like to work for. What is some advice, interview tips, or resume tips that will help me secure a job with this facility? What can I do to help them remember me? Thanks for your feedback!!

Personally when I did a clinical rotation on the unit where I wanted to work I made my intention very clear. I made a good impression with the staff, met the nurse manager who had the final say over hiring and was offered a job before I even took NCLEX. Good luck!

I wasn't able to precept on the floor I wanted to work on, but after I applied for the position, I hand walked my resume down to the manager and introduced myself. I got the interview and the job! :-) Good luck!!
