I graduated 2 years ago, and have not passed my NCLEX I need to get back into the field and refresh all my skills. Can I take the LPN exam to get back into the field and take the NCLEX later. Can i do anything with my ADN to refresh everything bc i feel so rusty now. Please any advice would be great, thank you.

I've taken the NCLEX-PN (for the LPN license) and NCLEX-RN (for the RN license). Contrary to popular belief, the 'LPN exam' is not much easier, so I personally would focus your efforts on retaking and passing the NCLEX-RN.

Depends on the state. For example in NY and NJ you can only take the NCLeX-PN if you graduated from a school of practical nursing, so it would not be an option for you in these states. You can take a refresher course or an NCLEX-RN prep course to prepare you to retake the NCLEX RN. There are many NCLEX prep courses available Hurst, Kaplan, and others.
As the previous poster stated the PN exam is not "easier" than the RN exam it is a different knowledge base and scope of practice/delegation.
Also, some states require that you submit proof of successful completion of a prep or refresher class after failing the NCLEX a specified number of times before you are issued a new AT&T. so this may be a valid option for you. Good luck
