I graduated with a BSN in May and the job market for nurses around my area is completely terrible. I had a major internship in our very busy children's hospital while in school on the PICU and LOVED it. :) I just received a call today from a Pediatric clinic who is interested in interviewing me next week. It is a part time position that is eligible for benefits. I am nervous and unsure! I know so many nurses who told me I needed to get hospital experience first since I am new but this is the first opportunity I have been given.
I recently took a position as a nanny with GOOD pay ($15/hour under the table, averaging $750 every two weeks starting out with even more hours available).
Should I stick with the nanny job as I research more job opportunities or take the pediatric office job if it is offered? What are your thoughts?

Take the peds job. Any nursing experience will count in your favor along the line. If it's only part time you can pick up more babysitting gigs during your off hours.
