Graduate Nurse Residency Program

I am hoping someone can help me with coming up with some goals and expectations at the completion of a Graduate Nurse Residency program.

Assess yourself. What areas are you most concerned with? What areas do you feel you need to work on? What kind of nurse do you want to be, and how can you achieve getting there during your residency?

My goals would be different than yours because I'm a different person with different skill sets. Same for anyone on here.

The key to figuring out your goals, is to learn yourself, figure out who/where you want to be, and the goals will really create themselves.
