Hello there,
I´m educated in Iceland as a RN, Bsc. I´m wondering about grad studies in Canada. Can anyone tell me about anasthesia nursing in Canada? Is it similar to CRNA in the USA or more like european nurse anesthesia?
could you point me in the right direction of good anasthesia programs?
with kind regards,

I am not sure about other provinces, but in Ontario nurse anesthesia education is relatively new. See link to the ontario ministry website for more information http://www.health.gov.on.ca/english/media/news_releases/archives/nr_07/mar/nr_20070317.html
