Hey everyone! So I went for my very first interview for a position in Medicine Float Pool. Totally messed up in the interview. I was so nervous and it was my very first interview so I had no idea how it was going to go. I'm so sad about this and I could tell on the faces of one of the interviewers like "What is she saying" which upset me even more. It discouraged me more because seeing his responses and his face made it look like I was wasting his time. Can you please give me tips on interviews. I am a new grad right now and will be writing my NCLEX very soon. How am I able to get through these interviews? I am very bad at "selling" myself to people. Are there any resources I can use? It just sucks because I love nursing and landing an interview at this time is very rare, which I already screwed up. Thanks so much !

It's important (as you know) to prepare for a job interview. Some people plan to "wing it" but in a competitive market, and for a professional, it's not advised. Read:
