GPA/Pre-reqs Advice BHCC

Hi Everyone!

So I'm looking to get into Bunker Hill's evening program for Spring 2015 and I'm trying to figure out my pre-requisites. I already have a Bachelors in Science and a Masters degree in Health Promotion. The main reason I am looking into BHCC's program is because I can continue working full time and the cost is very reasonable.

So here is my dilemma. I took A&P I and Algebra when I was a freshman and had no study skills developed whatsoever. I received a C+ in A&P and a B- in the lab along with a C in Algebra. My A&P II is a B with an A in the lab and I have all but microbiology done for the co-requisites with all As.

I'm hoping to re-take A&P I and Algebra along with Drug Calculations this summer (hopefully they offer summer courses?) because I'm doubtful that I would get in with these grades even though I had a 3.5 undergraduate GPA and 3.8 graduate GPA. I may also need to take Chemistry again as I didn't take it in college and I'm still waiting for my high school transcripts to see what my grade was.

I'm incredibly nervous about taking these courses considering I work full time and also currently am enrolled in a yoga teacher training. Any advice or encouragement would be great! Thank you ! :)

My main questions:

What is a good GPA to have to get into BHCC's program?

Would you recommend taking a Chemistry class to prepare for the TEAS V? I haven't taken Chemistry since high school and I graduated 6 years ago.
